Hi All,
In writing the case study for Portside, I thought it would be helpful for us to have a content style guide that authors can use for guidance and then others can use to help revise and give feedback to content sent their way.
For expediency, I lifted much of this from Mailchimp and the case study section from an email by Nick Sabato at draft.nu which Ben passed along to myself and others.
It's worth looking over what I wrote for the Voice and Tone section as that it will strongly direct the way we write and present ourselves to the public.

I've incorporated feedback that was left on the doc. I think this can be considered closed, though it is a living document.
