Background

We've had various goals kicking around for the site, but it would be good to formalize them on some level and come up with ways to measure how we're doing.

Here's a wiki page for them https://gitlab.com/agaric/sites/agaric-com/wikis/Goals

Goals (draft)

  1. Secure well-matched projects by communicating the value we provide to potential clients.
Key performance indicator: feedback on design and content from target audiences
  2. Diversify and expand free software communities by sharing relevant knowledge.
Key performance indicator: pageviews of blog posts

Work Required

  • Draft goals
  • Refine goals

I think we have to focus on 1, and in particular figure out the metrics to look at (ref ) with the possibility of listing priced, paid services in part to make harder metrics easier to come by ()
