49f5e64f1c This is the result after adding the content block 
No effect on the fixed block part even though i checkmarked an option to update
the default content.

It's just not up to the task we need it for, conditional statements and
the like.

I don't think?  A single conditional wrapper i'd do and keep it, but i
think we need conditional logic inside it to get formatting.  Maybe not.
