Acceptance Criteria
Given that I am an editor,
when I create content,
I can choose the Collection content type,
then I can reference as many other nodes on the site as I want,
so that I can create a collection of nodes for the purpose of an Issue, Book etc.
Work Required
assigned to @cedewey and unassigned @mlncn
Migrate the Issue index content type and content with the same structure.

The migration will be manual.
The functionality now fully exists with the Collection content type with optional collection paragraphs.
After final site build/migration, the Collection types vocabulary should be given terms Issue and Book, and possibly others.
@FreeScholar please try this out, and when you're comfortable with it, introduce it to Josh.
Styling will be covered in #32
Manual migration is in #31
Please make notes in both of those places as appropriate.

@mlncn @cedewey Seems to be working beautifully without me having to assign redundant permissions. There is an issue with 'items' that have long names running under/into the content pane. Might want to limit chars or wrap text? See screenshot and the label: Cooperative Ownership in the... on https://geo-live.drutopia.org/node/4897

@mlncn
I will contact Josh to show him! Nice work!
The display actually is disastrous? You have three items but we can't really see that at all, right? Oy vey it was configured to show "Paragraphs summary" and in the wrong column too. OK that's been slightly improved.
The theming of teasers needs to be improved and made consistent though. @FreeScholar unless Josh would prefer collections to use the same presentation ("cards") for its items as the front page, could you check with him? Ref #33
@FreeScholar oh also could you try one with a background image that doesn't have whitespace? We expect the image to go all the way from one side of the screen to the other, like we do for articles etc.
Thanks!
So basically Josh and other contributors want to be finding horizontal images for the numerous places they're shown off, that also look OK when especially wide and flat.

Once the dropdown styling bug is fixed, this can be assigned to Josh. Remember, this issue only covers functionality, not styling. Any styling feedback should be recorded in #32
