File attachments on article pages do not display a download link #141

When I upload a PDF using the file attachments box at the bottom of article pages, and check the "Display" box, the file link does not display on the public facing page.

@joshua_davis this one i could easily also configure on live, so no deploy delay like the other issues here— did not find an article with files attached to test it on live, but here's how it looks locally:

The file name can be overridden by giving it a description; if you want both file name and description i think that can be done too without too much trouble.
