Background

The people page was styled according to the general styles of the site. However, it could use some extra attention for the uniqueness of people. For example, redesign the image style used for the person's profile picture.

Basically no content there, but this isn't a page that people are pushed toward quickly, and the important thing of listing other content is there, so this is good enough for go-live.

Leaving open to review after #38 is done.

@joshua_davis This is functional right now, but could certainly use some redesinging, at least of the profile picture. The long rectangle image style works well for articles, but not for profile pictures. So, I'll leave this open for a future phase.
