The way the title-on-image is currently implemented, the image section will not expand in height to fit the title. This is a bigger issue it seems when there is no image, and the colored background used instead is displayed smaller than the image would be, as a matter of good taste.

If necessary we could entirely re-work it to have background images (no alt text) and have the text actually inside the same div, so it can expand.
