Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Default settings allow people to apply for a regular account, which would enable them to leave comments without re-filling in their name and e-mail, basically is it.
Because the only information collected when people register are a username and an e-mail address, there's very little information on which to base approving or denying an account application, which makes the doing so a bit of a waste of time.

Ok, I just found the setting in /admin/config/people/accounts and
changed it so only administrators can register accounts.
@joshua_davis is this working for you and good enough for now - only administrators can register accounts? Do you need time to assess?
This works. I'll be getting to it today.
