Strip inline styles from article content #95

We shouldn't be allowing inline styles on content, i don't think. For instance, this seems to have been edited somewhere and pasted in with p tags all getting an inline style="margin-bottom: 0in; line-height: 100%" making it look cramped and different from other articles:
