Accessibility fix: Focusable element is not in keyboard tab order and has no accessible name

Hmm actually i think it is trying to highlight the (invisible) id="main-content" anchor tag at the beginning of the main content. Same thing happens with MASS (and maybe every Drupal site?)

Trying to add a new image in a media paragraph on a page with about a hundred paragraphs caused an access denied error when filtering
