If we throw everything in Topics, the default way facets work won't let people select only software that is for community-building and is Libre Software and is SaaS for example.

We could make LibreSaaS a topic, and maybe we should. But basically figuring out all the terms we want, and which ones vis-à-vis others we will want to narrow results rather than broaden.

Some of the terms that need to be grouped:

  • community
  • Libre Software
  • Instance hosted by organization doing primary development
  • self-hosted options
  • free hosting
  • paid hosting
  • paid hosting funds development
  • donations
  • federated
    …
