Print author pictures for blog posts and comments authored by Agarics #117

Followup to #33

In comments, Drupal is broken and so prints information inside its own {% if user_picture %} including an

wrapper for the user, even when there is no user picture at all, even for anonymous users. Therefore we're currently skipping this.

I think we should bring it back to only print pictures for Agaric worker-owners, along with other special styling for us fancy folk.

But that only makes sense if we print images for authors of the original posts, i think.

So... decision time, do we want these our pictures, for blog posts or comments or both?

I like the idea of showing our pictures on blog posts in the byline and on comments - it adds to the personality/humanity of our content, especially acknowledging that what we write about can be hard to get images of people worked into.
