Display topic hierarchy, not only the specific topic selected #86

For instance if Intentional Communities is selected, it should say Institutions & Structures: Intentional Communities or similar. Likewise, if Feminism & Gender Justice is selected by the content creator, the article page will display the full topic hierarchy: Economic Sectors: Mutual Aid: Feminism & Gender Justice

cc @FreeScholar please find out if this is definitely wanted. This would be covered in our get-to-launch costs already paid for.
